If you do not own it, manage it, or have clear permission to test it — do not scan it, capture it, or connect to it.

Not allowed
- • Scanning random websites
- • Scanning school, work, or public networks without permission
- • Capturing other people's private traffic
- • Testing devices that don't belong to you
- • Trying to bypass security
- • Disrupting a network
